Service Appointment Cancellation

Customers may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by contacting us before the technician is dispatched.

If a cancellation request is made after the technician has already been assigned or has arrived at the location, a diagnostic or service visit fee may apply.

Diagnostic and Inspection Fees

In many cases, a technician visit includes a diagnostic or inspection fee for identifying the appliance issue.

This fee covers:

Diagnostic fees are generally non-refundable once the inspection has been completed.


Repair Service Payments

Repair services will only begin after the customer agrees to the repair cost provided by the technician.

Once the repair work has been completed and approved by the customer, payments made for labor and installed spare parts are generally non-refundable.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in limited situations, including:

  • If a payment was made but the service was not provided

  • If a billing error occurred

Spare Parts
